Thanks to our self-check-in, you can arrive at any time - even at night or on the weekend.

Usually private washers & dryers are available at the apartment; alternatively communal laundry rooms are available in the building.

Fast, secure Internet in all apartments - with individual password (QR code).

If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us 24/7.

Upon arrival, you will receive a starter set with useful essentials to make you feel at home from the first moment.

All apartments are equipped with a Smart TV; an international streaming service is included in the rental price. You can use other apps (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video) with your own account.

Pets are allowed in most apartments on request.

Underground garage or outdoor parking spaces are available depending on the property.

Baby crib, highchair and other appliances may be provided upon arrival.

We are happy to take care of the first grocery shopping for you and will stock your fridge upon arrival.

We organize your transfer from the airport or train station directly to the apartment - convenient and reliable.

One-off cleaning or regulary (weekly or bi-weekly) – with or without linen change.

In addition to regular cleaning or bookable separately (applies only to bed linen, towels and kitchen towels).

Easy to book in your tenant account if you have visitor staying with you.
